Dumpster Rental

As a general rule, you should order your dumpster one or two days ahead of time. We generally are able to deliver a dumpster the next day, but we can also sometimes provide same day dumpster rental.

Rolloff Dumpsters come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Dumpster dimensions can vary, but a standard dumpster is about 22 feet long and 8 foot wide. Having the same footprint, a 30 yard dumpster is about 6 foot tall, a 20 yard dumpster about 4 foot tall, and a 15 foot dumpster is about 3 foot tall. A 40 yard dumpster is going to be about 8 foot tall. Then other dumpsters come in other shapes, such as a 12yd dumpster being about 12 foot long, 8 foot wide, and four foot tall. Then we have 15 yard dumpsters that have this same foot print, but are 6 foot tall. All of our dumpsters are 8 foot wide, the same as a vehicle so they can easily be transported on the road. All of our dumpsters for rent have an eight foot wide door on the back, and all are open top metal containers. 

A seldom used dumpster size is a 40 yard dumpster. The 40 yard means it holds 40 cubic yards of debris. This makes the dumpster about the same size on the ground, just taller than a 30yd and certain other dumpster sizes. The dimensions of a 40yd dumpster are about 22' long, 8' wide, and 8' tall. Customers often ask for these dumpsters, but companies are reluctant to rent this size because of weight restrictions. There are state regulations about how heavy a dumpster can be. The trucks themselves have limits to how much they can lift.

When you rent a dumpster, you schedule a delivery window for it. We have trucks on the road all day each day delivering “rolloff” dumpsters. We look like a dump truck as we go down the road, then when we get to your location the metal dumpster rolls off the truck onto the place you want it. If you fill it up and need another one, we come back as many times as you want to order a dumpster to complete your project.
